**Please note - NCEON follows Anne Arundel County school's closure schedule, we are closed when the schools are closed. If there is a two-hour school opening delay, NCEON WILL OPEN at our usual time of 10:00 AM.

NCEON is open for financial, prescription and food assistance on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM


Appointments are required for financial assistance, please call 410-766-1826, during business hours to set-up an appointment. Do not leave a message.

Appointments are NOT required for food assistance.
 
Each appointment will be scheduled for 45 minutes. The interview process will be conducted over the phone and will also include COVID-19 screening questions.

Financial assistance will be in support of Utility turn off notices, court ordered Evictions and Prescriptions. Utility notices, Evictions and Prescriptions must be in the clients name.
 
The following documentation is required:

Photo ID
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Evictions - Court order eviction notice signed by a judge
Utilities -  turn-off notice 


We will continue to accept food and monetary donations during our regular business hours. To make arrangements for deliveries after business hours, please contact Bill on 410-703-2949.

Mission

The North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a Christian organization comprised of churches and civic organizations from the Glen Burnie, Harmans, Hanover, Linthicum, Millersville, Orchard Beach, Rivera Beach, Pasadena, and Severn areas. NCEON is an all-volunteer organization and does not receive any government funding.  All funds received by NCEON are donated by churches, member organizations and private individuals.

NCEON was established in 1989 and has distributed over $10 million in food and funds to the less fortunate members of our community.  The ultimate goal of NCEON is to never be needed again.  This is made possible by the Grace of God and a community spirit that is Embodiment of the Compassion of Christ.

NCEON is a 501(C)3, all Volunteer organization and does not receive any Government funds.

Guidelines

The Board of Directors of NCEON  established the following guidelines for the distribution of food and/or funds for our clients:

1.  Birth Certificate/passport  for everyone in household;

2.  Drivers license;

3.  Social security card for everyone in household;

4.  Anyone seeking financial help for EVICTION must present an Eviction Notice with the Judge's determination (final disposition signed and dated by the judge)

5.  All UTILITY bills must be in the form of a turn-off notice (is highlighted in pink on the turn-off bill)

In addition to the above, NCEON can help financially once every year (12 months) and with food every 30 days.  NCEON can help with prescriptions every 3 months.

NCEON can provide referrals to other participating resources for food and finances.

 

NCEON accepts your generous food and monetary donations M-W-F from 10 am to 1:30 pm or by special arrangement. Volunteers are always available to help unload your vehicle.
